Why?
We are in the process of taking our industry to an even higher level. Nineteen Thirty3 Body Art prides itself in acquiring the most up to date information on tattooing and body piercing techniques. Earning your trust is the first step to earning your business. That is why Nineteen Thirty3 strives to acquire the latest in safety and hygienic information. Raising the bar when it comes to providing a professional and safe environment for your body modification lifestyle.
Nineteen Thirty3 where "Extreme is a Lifestyle ..."
Nineteen Thirty3 is located in rural Manitoba. There are no "mainstay' laws outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba. In turn, this allows anyone that wishes to operate a body modification studio to open shop and offer the public a very dangerous and unprofessional service. This brings about a serious discredit to our industry, to those of Us that take pride in what We do and that attempt to better ourselves and educate ourselves further. My studio, Nineteen Thirty3, has taken the required steps to begin this transformation. By following the blueprint of the Winnipeg City Body Modification bylaw, I plan on ensuring once I have brought My own studio to the level of excellence I shall be lobbying Our City Council to adopt this bylaw in order to STOP the mediocre, unprofessional and very unsafe practice of Our industry. To date, the province of Manitoba has been making decisions and putting forth the effort to create a provincial wide bylaw to this regard.
The next step will be working with those of Our industry, locally and from the cities, to come together and bring about an effort and common ground that we all can benefit from. It is all about our client and our own safety.

Tomkins will be headed to Las Vegas from April 19-26. to attend the Association of Professional Piercers Annual Conference. This conference is a huge continuing education opportunity that we are looking forward to attend each year.
